The guys at Anglian Internet are always helpful, and answer my questions in jargon-free terms. They have fixed issues with my work PC remotely within minutes, and always inform me of likely costs before starting a job. In a workplace with no in-house tech support provision they provide a service which fits our needs prefectly!
